Portuguese family office announces a €150 million investment plan for the next three years

The investment in question will result in the development of eight projects in the capital. Among them, particular emphasis is placed on the redevelopment of a former workers’ housing complex, which will be transformed into small apartments for young residents, featuring patios and small gardens.

Vila Ourique, located in Campo de Ourique, will comprise 15 studio and one-bedroom apartments, ideal for investment and rental purposes. Is already under construction.
