MELLO RDC and Draycott invest €35 million in luxury housing in Belém

MELLO RDC and Draycott will invest €35 million in Belém Vista, a new luxury residential development located in Belém, close to the Jerónimos Monastery and the Belém Cultural Centre.

Comprising 28 apartments, ranging from one to five-bedroom units, as well as a gym, commercial space and 24-hour concierge service, the project is designed for the family segment, prioritising larger homes and lower residential density. Expected to be completed in 2028, Belém Vista reinforces MELLO RDC’s focus on Lisbon’s premium residential market.
