Dourogás GNV changes ownership and is renamed G3

Dourogás GNV now operates under the new brand G3 – Go Green Gas, following the entry of Iberis Capital and MELLO RDC into the company’s shareholding structure after its acquisition from Grupo Dourogás.

The new identity reflects a strategic repositioning in the alternative fuels sector for heavy mobility, with biomethane at the centre of its value proposition. G3 aims to strengthen its focus on clean energy solutions, helping transport operators, companies and municipalities reduce emissions, improve fleet efficiency and meet sustainability targets.
