Mello RDC, together with Iberis Capital, acquires Dourogás’ Natural Gas for Vehicles (NGV) business

Mello RDC has entered the natural gas distribution sector through the acquisition of a minority stake in Dourogás’ Natural Gas for Vehicles (NGV) business, alongside a fund managed by Iberis Capital, representing an investment of over €30 million. The transaction reflects the family office’s strategic diversification, under the leadership of António Ribeiro da Cunha.
