Estrela shines even brighter: the discreet luxury of Lisbon’s new residential developments

The article highlights São Ciro 19 as one of Lisbon’s new discreet luxury residential developments, located in Estrela, one of the city’s most traditional and sought-after neighbourhoods.

Developed by MELLO RDC, the project consists of the careful redevelopment of a former residential building into 13 apartments, ranging from compact studios to larger units with private gardens, terraces and swimming pools. The building will also include underground parking, a shared garden and a swimming pool, combining Lisbon’s architectural heritage with contemporary comfort.
