A €19 million investment in residential rehabilitation in Lisbon

MELLO RDC is investing €19 million in two urban rehabilitation projects in Lisbon: Vila Graça, in the Graça neighbourhood, and Filipe Folque 43, in Avenidas Novas.

Led by António Ribeiro da Cunha, the family office reinforces its focus on residential developments in central Lisbon. Vila Graça will be developed as a gated condominium with 17 two and three-bedroom apartments, with construction expected to take between 18 and 24 months.
