G3 - Go Green Gás
Mello RDC, together with Iberis Capital, has acquired Dourogás GNV — now renamed G3 – GO GREEN GÁS — in a strategic step toward promoting cleaner and more sustainable mobility in Portugal.
MelloRDC has just acquired together with funds managed by Iberis Capital the totality of the Natural Gas Mobility division of Dourogas, now renamed G3 – GO GREEN GÁS.
The Gas Stations covering the entire Portuguese geography are used for long haul transport and for passenger transport, and are an essential part of the decarbonization strategy of transport in Europe, providing greener solutions for transport in the continent.
We are extremely motivated with this acquisition and with the ambitious expansion plans for the company. We are proud of our association with Iberis and with the company´s management who are now shareholders of the new entity.
