Mello RDC, together with Iberis Capital, has acquired Dourogás GNV, a strategic step toward cleaner, more sustainable mobility in Portugal.
MelloRDC has just acquired together with funds managed by Iberis Capital the totality of the Natural Gas Mobility division of Dourogas.
The Gas Stations covering the entire Portuguese geography are used for long haul transport and for passenger transport, and are an essential part of the decarbonization strategy of transport in Europe, providing greener solutions for transport in the continent.
